Who we are
Wonder House is a small, independent shop based in Bangladesh. By ordering with us, you are agreeing to the terms on this page.
Placing an order
By checking out, you confirm the name, phone number and address you give us are accurate, and that you or someone available can receive the parcel there.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm. We accept cash on delivery and bKash.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times and charges are listed on our Delivery Information page. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can shift with courier delays outside our control.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order any time before it is packed for dispatch. Just message us on WhatsApp. We may also cancel an order if an item turns out to be out of stock or the delivery address cannot be reached; you will always be told, and refunded in full if any payment was already made.
Product photos and descriptions
We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or finish can still occur between screens, devices and print batches.
Our liability
We are responsible for getting your order to you correctly and in good condition. We are not responsible for indirect losses, for example, a delay causing you to miss an event. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

We may update this page as our business grows. The version live on the site at the time you order is the one that applies.

Joy shouldn't cost the earth.
We think about the footprint behind every small thing we bring into the house: the packaging it arrives in, the materials it's made from, the distance it travels to reach you.
We won't pretend a small business has all of this solved; almost none do. What we commit to is choosing better where better is possible, saying so plainly when it isn't yet, and treating “we could do this more gently” as a standing question, not a box we tick once and forget.
Social happiness
Happiness isn't a private thing we sell one order at a time. It's something that ripples outward, or it should.
We think about the people around us the same way we think about the people who shop with us: with warmth, not as a transaction. That means building a business that treats the people behind it (makers, partners, and eventually our own team) with the same care we put into a gift box.
It means showing up for our community in small, real ways rather than performative ones. And it means never forgetting that a “happiness brand” only means something if the happiness reaches further than our own shelves.
Uncovering talent
Bangladesh has no shortage of extraordinary craft: hands that can do things a factory line never will. What's often missing isn't the talent. It's the light.
Countless skilled artisans and makers across this country create genuinely beautiful work with no platform to show it, no marketing to carry it further, no easy way to turn their craft into something sustainable. That gap is exactly where we want to stand.
Through Wonder Collabs, our aim is to become a bridge between those artisans and the people who'd love what they make, giving space on our platform to showcase their craft, helping market and promote their work to an audience they couldn't easily reach alone, and building collections together rather than simply buying from them at arm's length.
We don't want to just sell beautiful things. We want to help create the conditions for more of them to exist, and for the people who make them to be seen, credited, and fairly supported for it.
This is still early. But it's the part of Wonder House we're proudest to be building.
